Gluten Free Flank Steak with Mushroom Merlot Sauce

Slow roasted flank steak of beef seasoned with sausages and gorgonzola cheese crust served with mushroom merlot sauce and herb roasted potatoes. The chef's selection of mixed vegetable harvest of the season.

Fried Vegetable Ravioli with Marinara Sauce

Crisped breaded ravioli with asparagus, zucchini, yellow squash and carrots served with Marinara sauce.

All dinner entrees are served with garden salad accompanied with a choice of dressings, special fresh rolls (including gluten free rolls) and churned butter. Beverages include water, decaf or regular coffee and iced tea. Other beverages are available from the cash bar.
